Coverage for personal care attendants

The Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled that the services of individuals who provide direct care to an immediate family member through the Personal Care Assistance (PCA) program as defined in Minnesota Law, §256B.0659 are engaged in covered employment for the purposes of Minnesota's Unemployment Insurance Program.
