Quarterly UI Wage Report and Tax Payment Due Dates

The 2007 - 2008 due dates are as follows:

The Quarterly Wage Report and tax payments must be received by the due date to be considered timely.
If the due date falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the return is due the following business day. Legal holidays are: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, and Christmas Day.
