Employer Self-Service Web and Automated Phone (IVR) System

The Minnesota Unemployment Insurance Self-Service online System was designed to be available nearly 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. However, because of other processing needs and interfaces with legacy systems, evening access is currently somewhat limited.

The following is a listing of times when the Employer Self-Service online System is routinely unavailable (these times are approximate):

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 7:10 p.m., ALL system functions are unavailable.



• Monday through Friday, 7:10 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Account Activation is unavailable. There is also a half-hour “window” during this time when wage detail is view only.



• Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., ALL system functions are unavailable.



• Weekends - the system is generally available during the daytime and evening hours. However, there is maintenance that is done in the late evening and early morning hours that makes the entire system unavailable.

NOTE: The Employer Self-Service System (Web and IVR) will be down and unavailable due to maintenance on the following date(s) / time(s) - Please note that all times listed are Central Time (unless otherwise noted), and approximate:

• Sunday, May 11th, 2008, from 8:00 a.m. through 9:30 a.m.
• Monday, May 12th, 2008, from 2:00 a.m. through 5:00 a.m.

Please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience the system down times may cause you.

The employer IVR (telephone system without staff assistance) is available during the hours that the online system is available (as stated above).

Staff assistance is available on the telephone system at 651-296-6141 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except State holidays.
