Employer Self-Service User Guide: Determination and Issue Summary

Evidence to be considered in an appeal hearing must be submitted to both the Appeals office and opposing party five or more days before the hearing. To ensure your evidence is available for the hearing, you should access your account to confirm all submitted evidence is included as exhibits.
Step-by-step instructions to view exhibits for an appeal hearing:
- Go to www.uimn.org, click on Employer Login.
- Enter your User ID and Password, click Login.
- On My Home Page, click on Determinations and Issue Summary.
- Find the applicant’s Pending First Level Appeal or Pending Request for Reconsideration you want to view.
To search for an applicant's name:
- Enter the applicant’s Social Security number (SSN) in the ‘Search - Determinations, Issues and Account Notices’ SSN text boxes, click Search, or
- Select either Pending First Level Appeal or Pending Request for Reconsideration from the ‘Search – Determinations, Issues and Account Notices’ drop down menu, click Search.
- Select the applicant’s SSN to view the appeal hearing exhibits.
- Click on View Exhibits.
- Appeal Documents display; select an appeal document to view.
