Employer Self-Service User Guide: Determination and Issue Summary

When the Determination and Issue Summary link is clicked the Search – Determinations, Issues and Account Notices screen will display. Employers can:
- View and Maintain Benefit Determinations and Account Notices by due date (or search/sort/filter by last name, unit, item, issue type using the column heading links); this includes Wage Requests, Eligibility Determinations and Appeal Decisions.
- Raise eligibility issues;
- Complete pending eligibility issue questionnaires;
- File an appeal; or
- Maintain a pending appeal (i.e., update telephone numbers or add witness).
