Employer Self-Service User Guide: Determination and Issue Summary

When you click the Determinations and Issue Summary link, the Applicants for Review page opens. Review the action items and respond by the Review by date or appeal deadline.
To search for an item with a past due date OR for a specific applicant, use the Custom Search option and follow the prompts.
Employers can:
- Raise eligibility issues;
- Complete pending eligibility issue questionnaires;
- File an appeal; or
- Maintain a pending appeal (i.e., update telephone numbers or add witness).
