Employer Self-Service User Guide: Determination and Issue Summary

Appeals can be withdrawn only by the party who filed the appeal.
Step-by-step instructions to withdraw an appeal:
- Go to www.uimn.org, click on Employer Login.
- Enter your User ID and Password, click Login.
- On My Home Page, click on Determinations and Issue Summary.
- Find the applicant’s Pending First Level Appeal or Pending Request for Reconsideration you want withdrawn.
To search for an applicant's name:
- Enter the applicant’s Social Security number (SSN) in the ‘Search - Determinations, Issues and Account Notices’ SSN text boxes, click Search, or
- Select either Pending First Level Appeal or Pending Request for Reconsideration from the ‘Search – Determinations, Issues and Account Notices’ drop down menu, click Search.
- Select the applicant’s SSN you want withdrawn.
- Click on Withdraw this Appeal.
- Withdraw Appeal page displays (see example). Click Withdraw.
