Employer User Guide: Tax Appeals

Step-by-step instructions to view and maintain appeals:
- Go to www.uimn.org, click on Employer Login.
- Enter User ID and Password, click Login.
- On My Home Page, click onTax Appeals.
- The Tax Appeal Home screen displays, click on View and Maintain Appeals.
- Select the tax appeal you want to view. Click Search to view all; or:
- Select the Issue Type , or
- Enter the Issue Identification Number, Employer Reporting Unit Number or Date Range, to narrow your search, click Search.
- Select the issue link for the document you wish to view.
- You will have the option to:
- View Exhibits
- Withdraw this appeal
- Update this telephone number
- Add/Update Representation Information
- Add/Update Witness Information
