Employer Self-Service User Guide: Tax and Wage Detail Reporting

View Submission History

View basic information for each original and adjusted wage detail submission. The data includes the Submission Date and Time, Filing Method, Errors, Number of Records Processed, and Gross Wages Processed.

Step-by-step instructions to view submission history:

  1. Go to www.uimn.org, click on Employer Login.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password, click Login.
  3. On My Home Page, click on Tax and Wage Detail Reporting.
  4. Click on View Submission History.
  5. Select the submission type, quarter and year from the drop down menu, click Search.
  6. Search results display.

NOTE: If errors exist on the file, an Errors link will display in the File Errors column. Click the Errors link to get detailed information about the error.
