Employer Self-Service User Guide: Benefits Paid Charge Activities

Benefits paid charges can be viewed by calendar year and quarterly summaries, applicant detail summaries, and individual applicant transaction details. Benefits paid charges are assigned at the entity (employer) level; however, you can extract reporting unit detail from the download file.
Step-by-step instructions to review benefits paid charges:
- Go to www.uimn.org, click on Employer Login.
- Enter your User ID and Password, click on Login.
- On My Home Page, click on Benefits Paid Charge Activities.
- Click on Calendar Year Summary and Detail.
- Click on the Calendar Year you choose to review.
NOTE: Under ‘Benefits Paid Charges Applicant Detail Search’, you can view transaction level details for a specific applicant by completing fields requested, and then clicking Search.
- Click on the Quarter/Year you choose to review.
- Benefits Paid Charges Applicant Summary Detail screen displays, click on the Applicant’s Social Security Number to review individual applicant account summary information.
