Employer Self-Service User Guide: Benefits Paid Charge Activities

View Unemployment Benefits Paid Charges and adjustments applied during the current and previous four calendar years. Quarterly Summary, Quarterly Applicant Summary (listing all applicants with activity during the quarter), and Applicant Transaction Details are linked from the Calendar Year Summary Screen.
Step-by-step instructions to view calendar year summary and detail:
- Go to www.uimn.org, click on Employer Login.
- Enter your User ID and Password, click Login.
- On My Home Page, click on Benefits Paid Charge Activities.
- Click on Calendar Year Summary Detail.
- Select the link in the Calendar Year column to view a quarterly breakdown of the benefits paid charges or enter the applicants SSN and click Search to view the applicant account summary information.
