Employer Self-Service User Guide: Payment Information

Payment Information

The Minnesota Unemployment Insurance (UI) Program must receive quarterly UI tax payments by the due date. Employers have the option to authorize electronic payments directly from their bank account, submit an electronic check payment to their bank, or print a payment voucher to be included with a check.

NOTE:

  • Payment vouchers and checks must be received by the due date to be timely, not postmarked by the due date.
  • Electronic payment is available to all employers. Payments may be electronically submitted using either ACH credit or ACH debit.
