Employer Self-Service User Guide

You can choose to have correspondence delivered to you electronically in your Minnesota Unemployment Insurance online Employer Account Inbox rather than by the US Postal Service. For more information on correspondence delivery, see Correspondence Preference.
Step-by-step instructions to view correspondence in the Inbox:
- Go to www.uimn.org, click on Employer Login.
- Enter your User ID and Password, click Login.
- On My Home Page, click on View Inbox.
- Under 'Workflow-my Inbox' in the 'Description' box, select a correspondence link to view.
NOTE: If nothing is listed under Workflow-my Inbox in the 'Description' box then your Inbox is empty.
