you can respond online by logging in to your account at www.uimn.org, by mail, or by fax. Going online gets your information to a representative

A U.S. Bank ReliaCard® Visa® (unemployment debit card), unless you have requested direct deposit. Once you’ve been issued an unemployment debit card, future payments made to the debit card should be received within five business days.
