Replacement Unemployment Debit Cards are Being Issued
|
Relia-Card® VISA® debit cards automatically expire three years after they are issued. A new replacement card will be mailed shortly before the current card expires.
The mailing of replacement cards is automatic. Even if you have not filed for benefits recently, the replacement card will still be issued.
Minnesota first began the debit card program in the summer of 2006. Cards issued at that time are reaching their three year expiration date. If you received a card during the summer of 2006, you will get a replacement card in the mail about one month before your 2006 card expires.
