When does my unemployment debit card expire?
An expiration date (3 years from the date issued) is listed on the card.

When will I get a new card?
A new card will be mailed to you by U.S. Bank one month before your card’s expiration date. It will be mailed in a plain, white envelope. Instructions on how to activate your new card will be included.

I am not getting unemployment benefits, why was I mailed a new card?
When your card expires, a new card is mailed out by U.S. Bank to applicants who activated their card, whether or not you are requesting unemployment benefits.

I have my unemployment benefits direct deposited, why was I mailed a new card?
When your card expires, a new card is mailed out by U.S. Bank to applicants who activated their card, including those who changed to direct deposit.

My card expired, but I haven’t gotten a new card, what should I do?
