Energy Assistance Program (EAP)

Renters and homeowners with incomes under 50 percent of the state median income (<$52,014 annually for a family of 4) may be eligible. EAP provides grants for home energy costs ranging from $200 to $1,400, based on household size, income, and heating fuel cost. Crisis funds are also available.
