Routine Maintenance


The following table shows when the online Employer Self-Service System is routinely not available:

Generally available during daytime and evening hours.

All system functions unavailable during late evening and early morning.

7:10 – 11:00 pm Account Activation unavailable Wage detail information is view-only for one half-hour (actual time varies)
1:00 – 1:30 am All system functions unavailable (Tuesday – Saturday)

Staff assistance is available on the telephone system at 651-296-6141 from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except on holidays.

The employer IVR (telephone system without staff assistance) is available during the hours that the online system is available.
