Employer self-service online and automated phone (IVR) system


Planned Maintenance

The Employer Self-Service System (Web and IVR) will be down and unavailable due to maintenance on the following date(s) and time(s). Times listed are Central Daylight Time, unless otherwise noted:

  • Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience the system down times may cause you.

Routine Maintenance


The following table shows when the online Employer Self-Service System is routinely not available:

6:30 - 7:10 p.m. All system functions unavailable

Generally available during daytime and evening hours.

All system functions unavailable during late evening and early morning.

7:10 - 11:00 p.m. Wage detail information is view-only for one half-hour (actual time varies)
1:00 - 1:30 a.m. All system functions unavailable (Tuesday - Saturday)

Staff assistance is available on the telephone system at 651-296-6141 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on holidays.

The employer IVR (telephone system without staff assistance) is available during the hours that the online system is available.
