Submit a question to Unemployment Insurance (UI) Staff

Have a question about your account? Ask a Customer Service Representative using our online message center.

UI staff will answer your question through your employer account’s View Inbox.

To submit a question to UI staff:

  1. Log in to your account at www.uimn.org
  2. On My Home Page, select Submit a question to UI Staff. The Submit a question page opens.
  3. Enter the requested information in the required fields
  4. Select Submit.
