When Should I Raise an Issue vs. Appeal?

If you believe a former employee should not be eligible for benefits you should raise an issue. After an issue is raised we will send you a determination. If you believe the determination is incorrect you can choose to appeal.

    If you believe your former employee should not be eligible for benefits or your account should not be charged.

  • File an Appeal

    If you believe the determination you received is incorrect.
