COVID-19 Vaccines

The COVID-19 vaccine will help us get back to work safely. The more people who get vaccinated against COVID-19, the better
it is for everyone. By stopping the spread of COVID-19, we can keep businesses, schools, and other venues open. Stopping the
spread of COVID-19 gets us closer to the end of the pandemic.

All Minnesotans who are 16 and older are now eligible to receive a free COVID-19 vaccine. See the
Minnesota Department of Health website for the latest information about scheduling your vaccination appointment.

***IMPORTANT ALERT***

The U.S. Department of Labor Office of Inspector General has discovered a scam where scammers are sending emails to trick people into giving them their personal information. They will steal your passwords, account numbers, and/or Social Security numbers. View Fraud Alert.

The Minnesota Unemployment Insurance Program will not ask you to log on to our system with your email account.

During the application, you will create a password for your account. Your password and Social Security number:

  • Allow you to securely access your benefit account, request payments, check your remaining balance, maintain your contact information.
  • Keep your data private from unauthorized users.
  • Serves as an electronic signature - you are legally responsible for all activity that takes place in your account using your password.

Cell phone scams and unauthorized websites are other ways scammers like to steal your information. To learn how you can help prevent fraud, visit our Unemployment insurance fraud and identity theft page.
