Review account balance

To review account balance:

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. On My Home Page, click Payment Information.
  3. Click Account Summary. View example.

NOTE: The total amount shown on the Account Summary Statement Period page is the total balance due on your employer account, or if there is a credit, it is the total credit balance available on your account.

  • To review the account balance history, select the Statement Period and Year from the drop down menus, and then select Search.
  • To make a payment, select Make Payment. View example.
  • To request a refund of a credit balance, select Request a Refund. View example.
  • To view additional account information, select the Items links.
