Cancel pending payment

To cancel a pending payment:

  1. Log in to your agent account at ui.mn.gov
  2. On My Home Page, select Payment Information.
  3. Select Pending Payments.
  4. Select the Payment Confirmation Number link of the payment to be canceled.
  5. Enter the reason why the payment is being canceled, and then select Submit. A page will open indicating payment has been canceled.
