Cancel a pending payment

To cancel a pending electronic payment:

  1. Log in to your account at ui.mn.gov
  2. On My Home Page, click Payment Information.
  3. Click Pending Payments.
  4. Click the Payment Confirmation Number link for the payment you want to cancel.
  5. Enter a reason why this payment is being canceled.
  6. Click Submit. The Employer Information page confirms that the payment has been canceled.
