Paid Leave payments and account summary 

View a summary of transactions posted to your account, make premium payments and request a refund if there is a credit posted to the account.

To review account balance:

  1. Log in to your account at ui.mn.gov
  2. On My Home Page, select Paid Leave payment information. 
  3. Select Paid Leave payments and account summary.  
  4. Enter the search criteria by selecting the Year and Quarter. 
  5. Select Search.

NOTE: The Statement Period will default to the current quarter. You can review specific information by selecting the Items links, or you can select View all financial transactions for this quarter.

Make a Paid Leave premium payment:

Paid Leave premiums will be due beginning April 30, 2026. For information on making payments, visit our Paid Leave payment by check or Paid Leave payment by ACH credit/debit pages.
