Uploading a seasonal employee list
Employers who have requested and been approved for seasonal hospitality employment designation must submit a list of seasonal workers each quarter.
You will submit your seasonal employee list using a file upload, which allows you to provide all your employee data in a single file. Seasonal employee lists must be received on or before the last day of the month following the end of the calendar quarter.
It is important to keep your seasonal employee list as current and accurate as possible. Your seasonal employee list must be updated within five business days each time you:
- hire a new employee in a seasonal position;
- convert a seasonal employee to a non-seasonal position; or
- convert a non-seasonal employee to a seasonal position.
